- Non-Defective Printer Supplies Returns
- Unopened, unexpired or boxes with no writing items may be returned at any time for credit.
- To return a supply under these conditions please contact the IPS Admin Team admin@ipstechexperts.com with;
- IPS Sales Order or Sales Invoice number
- Item number(s)
- Reason for return
- Our Admin Team will respond to the email promptly with information & next steps.
- If ordered incorrectly by the end user, return shipping method & costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend end users sending items back record their tracking numbers prior to sending to ensure a trail to follow the order back to IPS.
- If the item(s) were delivered double boxed (no shipping labels directly on the box(es) they must be returned to IPS in the same manner.
- If the item(s) were delivered with a shipping label directly on the box, it can be returned in kind with the return label over the initial shipping label.
- Please make sure the return shipping label references the return document number supplied by IPS.
- Once the item(s) are received at IPS we will issue a credit memo to the to the same business partner the invoice was generated with. The credit memo can be applied to future payments.
- If ordered incorrectly by the end user, return shipping method & costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend end users sending items back record their tracking numbers prior to sending to ensure a trail to follow the order back to IPS.
- Opened, expired or boxes with writing items cannot be returned for credit.

- Defective Printer Supplies Returns
- IPS will provide no charge replacement items for supplies deemed defective within 1 year or purchase date with supply levels > 10%
- If you encounter a defective item, please contact the IPS Admin Team admin@ipstechexperts.com with;
- IPS Sales Order or Sales Invoice number
- Item number(s)
- Defective issue, ex. Poor print quality, making a noise, etc.
- If possible, please include the machines Supplies Status Page that typically shows first install date, number of pages printed with the supply along with remaining supply level.
- Our Admin Team will respond to the email promptly with information & next steps.
- A copy of a $0.00 sales order for the replacement item.
- You will be advised as to whether the defective item requires return to IPS or if it can be recycled through standard means.
- If the defective item requires a return to IPS, the email will contain a prepaid return label to get the item back to IPS.
- If the item requires a return to avoid being invoiced for the defective item, please get the defective item back to IPS using the provided prepaid label within (7) days of receiving the replacement.
- If the defective item requires a return to IPS, the email will contain a prepaid return label to get the item back to IPS.

- My Equipment tab
- IPS guarantees supplies ordered against ‘My Equipment’ using ‘Related Supplies’ to be accurate and correct the equipment.
- If you receive a supply ordered against ‘My Equipment’ using ‘Related Supplies’ that does NOT work in the machine, please;
- If it’s a physical ‘fit’ situation, please double check the item install into the machine. High yield versions of supplies may have a physically larger body than a lower yield item. If ordered for the correct machine it will fit in the model.
- A quick double check to confirm the supply v the machine is to check the box information. Most supply boxes list compatible machines.
- Follow directions above, 1.1.1.
- Please provide appropriate detail in 1.1.1.3. as to the issue.
- Likely the box will be open, IPS will work with the end user to make sure things are resolved efficiently.
- Shipping
- Most orders are shipped UPS or FedEx. Both store tracking information for (90) days. After (90) the end user may request proof of delivery information directly from the carrier.
- If there is proof of delivery information from the carrier that leads to a question with an invoiced order, please proceed with 1.1.1. above.
- Orders will be shipped to the address selected for the order with the end user provided ‘Purchase Order’ number (if required) and the end user supplied ‘Attention To’ information on the shipping label.
- If there is delivery confirmation from the shipper showing delivery to address on the order, it’s the customers responsibility to locate the item(s).
- If there are atypical situations outside those listed above, please reach out to IPS following 1.1.1. above.
