Q: WHY CAN'T I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?

A: Account login information has changed. We are in the process of setting up existing customer accounts to our new system. Emails have gone out, and will continue to go out, to existing customers whose accounts have already been set up. These emails also contain password creation links. DO NOT continue to use your original password for login. If you have received your temporary password and still cannot log in, please contact IPS global by calling 800.347.2913 or 610.323.2913.

Q: I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY NEW LOGIN INFORMATION AND I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER ASAP. WHAT DO I DO?

A: If you have not yet received an email with your new login information. Contact IPS global by calling 800.347.2913 or by emailing admin@ipstechexperts.com .

Q: MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD IS WRONG/I WANT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD.

A: No problem, by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, you'll be able to create a new password.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL AND THE OLD ONE?

A:  Customers will be using their email address as their username, ensuring that accountability is maintained. Each user will be able to view and place orders and service calls on equipment s/he is responsible.

Q: WHY IS MY PRICING HIGHER/LOWER/DIFFERENT?

A: If pricing on our site is different from what you normally pay, check to make sure that you are logged in. The pricing listed is our base price and your actual contract pricing may not be reflected. Be sure to sign in to your account to receive best pricing.
